Cookie notice

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they let site owners understand how the site is being used.

2. Our approach

We keep this simple. Strictly necessary cookies are set because the site cannot work properly without them. Everything else is set only if you consent through the banner, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time.

Analytics is off until you say yes. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data to advertisers.

3. Cookies we use

Type	What it does and how long it lasts
Strictly necessary	Remembers your cookie choice, maintains a session on the customer portal, and supports security controls such as preventing cross-site request forgery. Session, or up to 12 months for the consent record. Set without consent, as permitted.
Analytics	Measures pages viewed, referring source and broad interaction patterns so we can improve the site. Set only with your consent, and retained for up to 14 months.
Attribution	Where you arrive from a campaign link, records which campaign brought you so we can understand what is working. Set only with your consent, and retained for up to 90 days.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Third parties

We deliberately keep third parties to a minimum. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font provider, so no third party receives your IP address simply because you loaded a page. Where you follow a link to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, Microsoft's own cookie and privacy practices apply from that point.

5. Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though strictly necessary cookies are required for parts of the site to function.

6. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the cookies we use change. The version and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the current position.
