4. Customer portal accounts

Access to the customer portal is provided to named contacts of organisations holding a current licence. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe it is being misused.

5. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep this site accurate, but content is provided for general information. In particular:

• Performance figures reflect benchmarking on defined document sets and are indicative of the architecture. They are not a warranty of performance on any particular corpus.
• Pricing shown is list pricing and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your marketplace transaction or negotiated agreement.
• Certification status published in the trust centre is accurate at the date shown and is reviewed monthly.
• Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice. You remain responsible for assessing your own obligations.
